Man you ain't been to Miami lately, it looks like a Third World country and they are all waiting to pour back in and pounce ... to reclaim what was theirs AND people want to BUY property ??? So don't hold your breath and save your money, maybe when the Exiles finally leave Miami you can really get a deal on loads of Real Estate Jimmy Carter gave them loans to buy when they landed!
